The room was well-maintained and exceptionally clean with a microwave and a fridge. We had a private bathroom. The setting was good, just off the services and good restaurants in the area and the Days Inn Lima.

The room we had included a minibar, climate control, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Got a comfy bed.

The location offered was favourable close enough to the services and the facilities and the Days Inn Lima. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Lima Stadium.

The double room was great and having a microwave oven and fridge was a big bonus in a convenient location near services, facilities, and good restaurants in a quiet area.

We booked a king room and were able to make use of the wake-up service offered. The hotel is conveniently located near great services, facilities, and good restaurants in the area.

Cheap and it was located a mile away from my friends' wedding venue.

We requested a non-smoking room and our room smelled like someone had just put a cigarette out in there, plus I found a cigarette butt under the bed. Our toilet was completely nonfunctional and the staff insisted we just needed to flush one more time. The toilet wasn't even attempting to flush. Luckily the staff did let us switch rooms and the next room had a better smell and a functioning toilet. But our heater emitted an awful smell, so we chose not to use it and overall the hotel didn't feel very clean.

Nothing was good about this place!

I thought that people we ran the business were very rude. They said that they were going to update us and made it seem like they were doing us a huge favor but when we got to the room it was really small bed and there was nothing nice about it. I was really disappointed in the quality of the room and the facility I will never stay there again. This was not a good experience and I would never tell my friends to stay there. It was a huge waste of money!

Appreciated our beautifully maintained and immaculately clean rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was across the nice area. Its service was great!

I recently stayed at Lima Inn for a few nights while traveling for work. The staff was incredibly accommodating, as I had some issues when I arrived. The rooms were great - comfortable beds and everything I needed. The location near the interstate was perfect for my commute. The customer service was also top-notch, with polite and friendly staff members. Best of all, it was all within my budget. I will definitely be back again.

I totally recommend this hotel.

Motel dirty noisy ill kept

Great value for money! Enjoyed the modern amenities like cable TV, microwave, and refrigerator in our tidy and clean room. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

Felt right at home, couldn't find anything to complain about.
